Rod A. Nisi, M.D.

Dr. Nisi is a native of London, England, and is a naturalized citizen. He obtained his bachelor of science degree and did pre-med study at Loyola University in Los Angeles, California. He obtained his M.D. at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine, Cincinnati, Ohio. He also completed his internship in internal medicine at University of Cincinnati Department of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in gastroenterology (Tier 3: therapeutic biliary endoscopy) at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Nisi was an assistant professor of medicine in the gastroenterology department at Indiana University Medical Center before going to Anderson. He joined the Central Indiana Gastroenterology Group in 1992 and has been on the staff of Community Hospital and St. John's Health System since he arrived in Anderson.. He is also on the medical staff at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo and St. Vincent Health Systems.

He is married and has three sons.
