| Dr. Foster is a native of New Castle, Indiana. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He did his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. He also completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at St. Vincent's Hospital.
He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
Dr. Foster has been on the medical staff of St. John's Health System and Community Hospital since starting his practice in Anderson, Indiana after graduation. He is married and has six children.
